From the time he was very young, Tom knew that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps (who also followed his father) into the Real Estate-Construction Business. Tom began his career at about age 10 working on his Father’s construction crew, and continued through college.
Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1975 with degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction Administration (with a heavy emphasis on Real Estate). Shortly after, he joined forces with his father. It wasn’t long after that, his Dad retired and Tom took control of both the Construction and Real Estate Companies.
For over 30+ years tom has focused on integrating Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Construction not only to provide customers with a rewarding experience, but, also to provide energy efficient housing at an affordable price in a friendly neighborhood (as he did in Country Wood, Osborn Estates, Pheasant Ridge, Highland Oaks, and Ridge View.)
Tom not only built his business in McFarland, but also raised his family in McFarland.
